Lottery and gaming industries platform and services provider Skilrock Technologies is set to participate in a panel discussion on the “Empowering Role of AI in Retail” at the SiGMA Balkans & CIS expo, taking place from September 4 to 6 in Limassol, Cyprus.
Skilrock’s Julian Arabadjiyski, Regional Manager, Europe, will participate in a panel discussion on “Reshaping Ecommerce For A Smarter Shopping Experience: The Empowering Role Of AI in The Future Of Retail” on Day 1 of the event. He will be joined by Vsevolod Krutko, CEO & Board Member, Vondel Digital; and Oliver De Bono, CEO, Quantum Gaming.
The aim of the session is to empower retailers with AI-driven tools and technologies, and discuss how companies can deliver personalized, engaging and seamless experiences that drive customer loyalty and drive sales. It is also concerned with AI’s role in the future of retail and how can it transform the e-commerce landscape.

With a background in Online Sales, Fintech, iGaming, Julian is responsible for all key partnerships and business development of Skilrock technologies in Europe and CIS.
He will share concrete information about the rise of AI in the retail lottery and its future prospects, Skilrock noted in a press release. Arabadjiyski will also elaborate on how the supplier is preparing for the changing industry requirements.
With a focus on the Balkans and CIS regions, Skilrock’s team will be at booth number 70 during the event to help visitors explore new opportunities and learn more about its “cutting-edge solutions that are taking the iGaming world by storm.” To schedule a meeting, interested parties can email Skilrock.
Ahead of the event, Yogonet caught up with Skilrock last week to discuss its plans for SiGMA Balkans & CIS and the region. Additionally, in an exclusive interview, Julian Arabadjiyski talked about new technologies in gaming, the use of AI, and what’s new in the company’s portfolio.
“The region is currently experiencing a boom in iGaming. It is actually becoming the new frontier of iGaming in Europe. This generates new opportunities for investors and businesses,” Arabadjiyski told Yogonet. You can revisit the full interview here.
