BetMGM and Philadelphia 76ers extend sports betting partnership with enhanced fan engagement activations


iGaming and sports betting operator BetMGM has renewed its strategic partnership agreement with the NBA’s Philadelphia 76ers. The two parties initially entered into a relationship in 2020 to establish BetMGM as the sports betting partner of the club.

Under the agreement, BetMGM will continue acting as an Official Sports Betting Partner of the team. The multi-year extension includes the addition of BetMGM VIP fan experiences and watch parties, exclusive in-market odds boosts, and increased courtside signage at Wells Fargo Center.

Throughout the 2023-2024 regular season, BetMGM will curate VIP fan amenities including courtside access to pre-game shootarounds and luxury seating for games. BetMGM customers in Pennsylvania and New Jersey will also have access to an exclusive 50% live odds boost token during 76ers games.

BetMGM signage will be featured throughout the arena on the grandstand, video board, and courtside LEDs. BetMGM content also will be featured in the 76ers’ social platforms and email campaigns.

MGM Resorts’ Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City continues as an “Official Away Game Host of the 76ers.” The resort will host VIP watch parties for invited guests featuring appearances by 76ers alumni, merchandise giveaways, and more.

The deal comes shortly after BetMGM signed a new deal with sports technology giant Sportradar, granting the gaming brand access to products and services to be powered by official NBA optical tracking data.
