Win Systems unveils exclusive VIP Lounge to enhance engagement at ICE London 2024

Gaming technology provider Win Systems will be present at ICE London 2024 from February 6th to 8th, exhibiting its products and solutions under a new format. The company will feature an exclusive VIP Lounge to facilitate more relaxed and productive discussions with clients, colleagues, and visitors.

According to the provider, the primary objective behind this strategy is to drive the company’s growth in Europe and Africa in 2024 and the coming years. To achieve this goal, the company stated its commitment to closer interaction with key operators in the industry.

Located on the first floor of the North Hall, the VIP Lounge intends to serve as a meeting point for pre-scheduled conversations. Win Systems has reported that the management and sales team has already scheduled several meetings to firsthand understand the operators’ needs and demonstrate how their gaming and systems solutions, some of which will be showcased in the Lounge, can assist them.

The company noted that operators interested in exploring Win Systems’ latest innovations and solutions can contact them via email at [email protected] or reach out directly to their gaming managers in Europe (Gergana Chelebieva), the casino management system WIGOS (Gabriela Villalobos and Natalia Kostova), as well as all solutions specifically tailored for operators in the African markets (Juan McEwan).

Eric Benchimol, CEO de Win Systems, explained: “We are delighted to participate once again in ICE, a crucial trade-show for two strategic regions for Win Systems´s growth, such as Europe and Africa.

“As there are multiple markets with specific needs, we have chosen to have working sessions with each operator, underlining once again our strong commitment to proximity and personalized attention to provide the best solutions for each casino.”

In the previous year, the provider also participated in numerous industry events. At G2E 2023 in Las Vegas, the company said it experienced “impressive commercial success”, and highlighted the number of visitors interested in its solutions, ranging from the WIGOS casino management system to electronic roulette wheels and slots.
