Fontainebleau unveils “Elevate Your Tier” promotion to reward loyalty program members

Fontainebleau is rolling out an offer for loyalty program members seeking to elevate their status. In a move to attract guests from competitors, Fontainebleau has launched the “Elevate Your Tier” promotion, extending an invitation to loyalty members from various Las Vegas resorts.

The promotion, announced Wednesday, allows both new and existing Fontainebleau Rewards members to upgrade their tier status based on their current standing in a competitor’s eligible loyalty program. This opportunity, available until June 2, aims to entice guests with enhanced benefits and rewards.

Chief Casino Marketing Officer Michelle Reda expressed enthusiasm for the promotion, stating, “Our ‘Elevate Your Tier’ promotion not only allows members to take advantage of their rewards and elevated status even faster, it makes it easier for them to personalize their Fontainebleau Las Vegas experience.”

Fontainebleau emphasizes inclusivity and aims to immerse guests in the full resort experience through its rewards program. The promotion is designed to bring members closer to the inner circle of the resort’s offerings, enhancing their overall stay.

To qualify for a tier upgrade, members must present a valid gaming loyalty card with an expiration date, along with a government-issued photo ID, at the Fontainebleau Rewards desk. Even new loyalty members without an eligible tier status at other casinos can enjoy promotions. Upon signing up, new Bleau tier members will receive $15 of dining credit and $15 of free slot credit.

Higher tier statuses offer dining and spa credits, complimentary self-parking and valet, VIP check-in privileges, priority reservations, and more. The eligible loyalty programs encompass major casino operators on the Strip, as well as several downtown and regional programs managed by Boyd Gaming, Circa’s Club One, Southern California resort Pechanga’s The Club, among others.

Fontainebleau’s introduction of tier matching during its opening day garnered attention, and the current promotion seeks to maintain that momentum. Tier matching has proven to be an effective strategy for casinos to attract customers from competitors, offering them an opportunity to experience the luxury and hospitality of a new property.
