Caesars Sportsbook app available for download in Massachusetts, early registration offer launched

Caesars Entertainment has made an early registration offer available for sports bettors in Massachusetts ahead of the Bay State’s online market launch. The Caesars Sportsbook app is now available for download, and in anticipation of the vertical going live on March 10, users can now get the product, register and make deposits while taking advantage of a special sign-up promotion.

“The launch of our mobile app is an excellent complement to the planned Caesars Sportsbook at historic Raynham Park,” said Eric Hession, President of Caesars Digital. “We’re confident this combination will deliver the most rewarding sports wagering experience in the Commonwealth, allowing us to treat all sports fans like royalty.”

“Caesars Sportsbook links mobile sports betting with unmatched rewards via the industry-leading loyalty program Caesars Rewards,” says the operator. Wagers earn Tier Credits that contribute to status and Reward Credits that can be utilized to gain access to Caesars Rewards experiences, discounted getaways at Caesars destinations across the United States, bonus cash in the Caesars Sportsbook app, and premium culinary experiences.

Caesars describes its app as offering improved functionality “for an unmatched sports wagering experience.” Through it, customers can enjoy a variety of deposit options, quicker payouts, and user-friendly features that simplify the process of placing bets, along with lightning-fast in-app scoreboards, expanded in-play betting options, same-game parlays, and more ways to wager with thousands of additional markets, according to the operator.

Eligible sports bettors anywhere in Massachusetts can download the Caesars Sportsbook app, register, and deposit funds to take advantage of a special sign-up offer for first-time users. Those who register early start with $100 in Bonus Bets after they download the Caesars Sportsbook app and register using the promo code CZR1H.

The $100 in Bonus Bets is distributed as one $25 bet the day mobile wagering goes live and three subsequent $25 Bonus Bets on a weekly basis thereafter. Users are encouraged to visit Caesars’ promos page for full terms.

Pending approval by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission, Caesars Sportsbook at Raynham Park will be “one of the largest” freestanding race and pari-mutuel simulcasting establishments in the U.S. The 30,000-square-foot venue, located south of Boston, plans to open as a temporary book this spring before a brand-new sportsbook opens later this year.

Ahead of next month’s mobile market launch, Massachusetts’ regulator has granted temporary sports betting licenses to nine operators. The list includes Bally Bet, Barstool Sportsbook, BetMGM, Betr, Caesars Sportsbook, DraftKings, Fanatics, FanDuel, and WynnBET.

While the full list of approved entities for temporary licenses actually encompassed 11 operators, Betway expects to launch in about a year, and PointsBet has decided to drop its plans to enter Massachusetts.

Retail sports betting began in the Bay State on January 31 at the state’s three casinos. Now, the MGC continues to work on the various regulations that will govern the state’s wagering market ahead of the planned March 10 online launch.
