Kindred Group launches proprietary betting tech platform in Pennsylvania

Online gambling operator Kindred Group has launched its proprietary tech platform in the state of Pennsylvania. As of July 10, customers in the state were able to access the revamped Unibet Casino and Sportsbook apps on the Kindred platform.

Pennsylvania is a key multi-product market for Kindred, and its Unibet brand has been live in the market for over three years. The latest announcement follows the successful launch of the updated product in New Jersey in May, after receiving the final approval from the Division of Gaming Enforcement (NJDGE), the regulatory authority in New Jersey, for its proprietary gaming platform.

Designed to provide an enhanced gambling experience, the platform offers personalized content, a wide range of products, and improved data analytics capabilities, says Kindred. These features enable the operator to tailor its offerings to individual customer preferences while ensuring what it bills as a seamless betting experience.

Nils Andén, Interim CEO of Kindred Group, said: “We are delighted to be able to migrate our customers in Pennsylvania onto the Kindred platform. Since launching in New Jersey, our customers have reported enhanced design, navigation, and stability. We look forward to rolling out the Kindred platform to further states.”

Kindred’s proprietary tech platform has already proven to be a crucial element in the success of its brands in Australia and European markets, notes the operator. By leveraging the platform’s capabilities, Kindred aims to replicate this strategy in the United States.

Across North America, in addition to Pennsylvania, Unibet is also live in Arizona, Indiana, New Jersey, Virginia and the Canadian province of Ontario. Kindred exited Iowa late last year before labeling 2022 as a disappointing year.
