Monique Sebastian joins Seneca Gaming Corporation as Executive Director of Entertainment
The Seneca Gaming Corporation announced on Wednesday that Monique Sebastian, a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in the gaming industry, has joined the company as its new Executive Director of Entertainment.
In her role, Sebastian will oversee the live entertainment schedule for Seneca Gaming, managing artist bookings and performances across the Seneca Niagara Event Center, the Bear’s Den Showroom at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino, and the Seneca Allegany Event Center at Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino.
Additionally, she will curate outdoor performances at both resorts and introduce “new experiences and events” to enhance the properties’ entertainment offerings.

Sebastian was previously the Vice President of Entertainment and Entertainment Marketing at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut. Her responsibilities included artist bookings, marketing strategies, calendar management, and ticket operations for all shows and venues.
During her tenure at Foxwoods, Sebastian orchestrated the booking of renowned acts such as Kevin Hart, John Legend, Alicia Keys, Jerry Seinfeld, and others. She also spearheaded music festivals and held various leadership roles in the Entertainment department during her 20-year stint. Sebastian, a member of the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation, graduated from Mercy University.
